How soon can I get a mySpeech?
We normally ship your order within 48 hours after you place it. If you need it sooner just give us a call. Special delivery options are available.
Is an appointment necessary?
No, there is no need for an appointment in order to purchase a mySpeech. We do encourage a consultation with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and include a $100 SLP consultation rebate coupon with your mySpeech.
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Standard two day shipping within the US is included at no additional charge.
How old does a child need to be in order to use mySpeech?
As a general rule, we feel a child should be at least 8 years of age. We recommend you consult with a professional concerning your child's development and specific circumstances before using mySpeech.
How can I pay for mySpeech?
We accept most major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa. You can elect to use your CareCredit card also. If you would like to pay by check, instructions for doing so are on our Order page.
Is there a product warranty for mySpeech?
Yes. mySpeech is warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
Will mySpeech work for speech disorders other than stuttering?
There has been some success in treating other disorders such as Parkinson's and Tourette's with Altered Auditory Feedback. More research is needed in these areas, but some results have been promising. We would recommend seeing a professional for guidance.
If I purchase mySpeech and find out I don't want it, can I return it?
Yes. As long as you return it to us undamaged within 30 days after you receive it, we will refund the price you paid, less a $50 restocking fee.
Where would I go to get repairs, another ear bud, or Bluetooth device?
You would just need to contact us at Janus Development Group. We have a service technician and extra components on hand.

Is there a Speech-Language Pathologist you could recommend if I decided to consult with one?
We would recommend a Speech-Language Pathologist who is familiar with fluency treatment, and in particular, using the technology that mySpeech utilizes. SpeechEasy Providers are Speech-Language Pathologists who are well versed in this area, and there are many of these professionals located throughout the US. Contact us if we can assist you.
Are there any government programs which may help pay for mySpeech?
Several states have Telephone Equipment Distribution Programs which may help pay all or part of the cost of a mySpeech. For a list of these programs simply email us and let us know in which state you reside.
What is your return policy?
The mySpeech device comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your mySpeech device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less a $50 restocking fee and any special shipping charges.
The device must be returned in good condition, in the original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit. Please see the full Return Details and Restrictions before returning your device.
